iPad won’t download kids programs.

My daughter is trying to watch programs which are on kids channels. Every time she tries even different programs it comes back saying I need to upgrade to watch. I have kids and HD package so I'm unsure on what's happening? Would anyone have any ideas at all please?

Do you have Sky Go Extra on your account as this is requited to download program via the app ?

I done some digging and said if comes with multiroom which I also have. Just went and looked through the settings she was logging into my dads account that doesn't have kids 😂. So was just me being silly and overlooking a simple option haha.

It might be worth contactig Sky anyway to get Sky Go Extra added to your account as you will need it to download other content to your app.
