Sky Go - No remote record function

I was previously a Sky Stream customer but after many months of audio sync issues, generally not liking it I switched over to Sky Q this month.

Sky Go does not have a connect to Sky Q box, I cant remote record from the app or via sky.com/tvguide the browser just gives me a useless Error with no code and the app just does not have that option.

Running latest versions of iOS and iPadOS. SkyQ is hard wired.

Tried deleting apps, reinstalling apps. Rebooting Sky Q box.

Also on my Macbook when I download SkyGo I click the installer, it downloads and then just vanishes??

Any other suggestions?

For the connection to a Sky Q box do you have multiscreen on your account as this is required to link the app to your box ?

So even to use Remote Record? I know I can't access recordings etc but assumed I could use remote record.
