Sky go will not download to my laptop in the same room deleted things started no difference blue screen comes up checking for updates nothing happens is it Internet not giving good strength signal sky q is no problem thanks

What do you mean by "in the same room", are youtrying to download content from your Sky Q box to the app and if so do you have a multiscreen sub ?

Hi just trying to get sky go on my laptop so I can use it in another room nothing complicated I'm installing the app it's in my downloads etc but will not open cheers
