How do I stop unknown devices using my SkyGo?

I have noticed for some time that unknown Android devices are using my SkyGo. Despite removing these devices and changing the password to the account, they keep on coming back.

Generally, I know there is a problem if 1 legitimate user gets the "too many devices" as rarely, if ever would 3 here try and use at the same time! All of our household's devices are registered under my devices with the name of the user and the device.

However, "Android device" seems relentless, keeps coming back on numerous devices, and I just don't know what moreI can do about it, other than to keep on kicking them off each time i notice them.

Any help or suggestions will be gratefully recieved,
Thanks

@dyndrwg

First change your password:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

Then go to this link:

https://skyid.sky.com/authorise/manage

If you tick "Sky Apps" and then the remove button, then anyone using SkyGo or SkyNews or SkySports apps etc. using your credentials will have the previous auth token removed and will be forced to sign in again (using the new password only you know). Will mean people you want to use your ID will need to do the same, but will force whoever is using your previous details off, this might not happen straight away but should do soon enough.

Hi, and thanks for your reply.

I have tried everything that you have suggested, many times, to the point that I am running out of ideas for safe passwrods haha.

Have just tried again following your steps, in case that I had previously been doing things in the wrong order, or something! I removed two legitimate devices after changing the PW again, and yet was still able to use SkyGo on the two devices without being prompted to sign in with new PW.

The problem seems to be that the log in token is not removed from devices, unless you actually sign out on that device?! Just doesn't seem to make any sense at all.

As I said above, if you have followed those instructions then it should stop them soon enough but just not straight away so you need to give it a bit more time.
