Issue removing device from Sky Go

I am trying to remove an old iPhone from my Sky Go TV device. I have tried via my new phone via my iPad and also via the sky app on the TV however I do not have the option to remove my old phone.

I have looked it up and it says to go into the settings on the sky app click on managed devices and then just click on the device you want to remove however when I click on the device to be removed nothing happens. I used to have this facility but since you have updated the app, this is no longer available. Anybody else having this issue?

Thank you however the virtual assistant link just takes me back to the original settings but I really appreciate you responding.

So to be clear, you select the device you want to remove and select the remove/delete option and nothing happens either via the link I posted for you or via settings in the Sky Go app itself ?

Hello I tried both options and nothing is working

when I click on the device that needs to be removed, I do not get the option to remove it like I used to.

Hello this link takes me to the sky virtual assistant.

from there this then directs me back to the general settings on the Sky Go app. I can get into the settings and I can look at my devices. I just do not have the option to remove the device this is where the issue occurs. I do not have a button to remove

Do you see the "Manage Device" option via the link I posted ?
