It says I can't long into sky go over a technical issue

Try signing out of the app then reboot your device and the sign back into the app.

If that doesn't work then try linking your Sky ID to your account, help on doing this can be found here:

Thanks for your response yes I have tried all this but still seem to have the same problem I will ring customer care tomorrow thanks again
