    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have always used the Sky Go app on Windows to download to my laptop. Every time I try now, it says Failed immediately. No error message just that under the program.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It updated the app when I opened it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried uninstalling it multiple times, but when I add the app again, the shows I have tried to download are still there, and it will not let you delete them or download anything. I have made sure Sky Go is allowed on Windows Defender.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It works fine on my iPhone. The laptop has the same storage available as when I last successfully downloaded something on sky go.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions as I am getting really annoyed now given the fortune I pay Sky every month and how hard they are to contact.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a similar issue.&amp;nbsp; SkyGo App worked fine yesterday.&amp;nbsp; Today opened it and the stated Downloading Updates and then just closed down.&amp;nbsp; Have reinstalled the APP same thing, have deleted recent Windows Update and reinstalled the Sky Go App.&amp;nbsp; No Change.&amp;nbsp; Extremely frustrating especially when you are paying a premium for the service !!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
