You have both posted in the forum that deals with Sky GO issues, satellite TV is nothing to do with Sky GO

Please answer my question in the post above so I can move your post into an appropriate forum

We had a severe storm which impacted my Satellite & I have no signal since Friday 24/1/25. I carried out all checks via online help several times. Have called Sky on various numbers several times & get fobbed off & cannot get an engineer booked. My account showed a TV issue but that has now been changed to TV services working. How do you get an engineer booked with this company, any advice very welcome before I'm forced to change to another supplier

Same issue here. I can't access my roof so guessing it's the dish.
I went through the chatbot and got an automated appointment. It's not until the end of Feb though.
Anyway, I'm just watching via the apps so ok albeit irritating.
