Anyone else having a problem downloading on sky go. Won't download on my iPad

What is happening when you try to download and have you rebooted your iPad ?

There is just a circle then when you go on downloads it's there but no ability to play it. I have spoken to sky they are looking into it. Deleted app reinstalled. Turned iPad on and off. Still not working. Have to sit it out for 24 hours

could it be when I go to manage my account it says it's closed but yet they are still taking my money and I can watch all my sky channels on the telly and I can stream on sky go it just won't download programme's. I have spoken to sky and they assure me my account is not closed. I do a lot of train travelling so it's frustrating that I am not able to download my programs that I pay monthly for.

Hi no been with them for something like 17 years but think I will be leaving when this contract is up.
