      <title>Sky Go not working.  Problems on account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Took out Sky Q on Tuesday 14th. &amp;nbsp;All delivered and all ok. &amp;nbsp;However I was advised on Tuesday that I would be able to watch Sky Go immediately and this isn't the case. &amp;nbsp;When trying to watch it says I need to upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I spoke to a rep on Tuesday who was unable to help and has escalated but I've heard nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When speaking to rep, she advised to update my main email for logging in, which I did. &amp;nbsp;Everything on Sky's end is up to date including my phone number but when I call, it doesn't recognise my phone number. &amp;nbsp;My account online has the correct details but is saying that it doesn't hold up to date payment Info and that a payment is outstanding. &amp;nbsp;Sky have confirmed that payment details are held and there is no payment outstanding as bill not due yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else have this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
