Sky go on MacBook

I downloaded sky go was watching for a couple of weeks. Recently everytime I click on sky go it opens the app and the loading circle just keeps spinning. I have deleted and re downloaded numerous times and the same thing keeps happening.
when I go onto my applications in the finder sky go isn't actually there. Any suggestions please!!!!

Sky go not working on iPads too. Spoke to someone at sky ans they said it should be resolved in 24 hours. So maybe your will be too
