    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sky Go crashes consistently around 20-25 &amp;nbsp;seconds after launch - Error code 0xc0000005 (memory access violation) - &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Occurs on Samsung notebook BOOK-IPL1JD7SCT with Windows 11 Home 24H2 - Sky Go version 24.2.3 - Intel Core i5-1340P with Intel Iris Xe Graphics &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Key Areas I've Investigated: 1. Windows Services - Windows Media Player services - DRM components - Windows Event Log &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. Graphics Settings - Updated Intel Iris Xe Graphics drivers - Modified power/performance settings - Disabled HDR and hardware acceleration - Tried both high performance and power saving modes &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3. Security/Permissions - McAfee antivirus settings - Windows Defender settings - Administrator permissions - Windows compatibility modes &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;4.
