    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been getting this since I've added Sky cinema over three months ago. My issue is with my 2 year old iphone 13 pro max. However, I have an eight year Ipad pro, which "NEVER" crashes, while watching cinema and only cinema channels. Also, few months after adding Sky Cinema, I swapped from sky broadband (40mbs) to cummunity fiber 1Gbps), dispiten the huge increase to my broadband speed it has made no difference to fixing these crashes, just as bad. Finally, crashes happen after watching for only few minutes but not all channels and not always the same amount of minutes. I had reported this to Sky when it happened but they never got back to me. &amp;nbsp;Frustrating watching movies which need pin code to activate. (PS done all the usual checks, latest software, deleted app and reloaded)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
