      <title>sky go error - please upgrade your subscription</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently returned to sky and since I have sky go will not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have sky stream &amp;amp; sky broadband.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I continually get the error message "to enjoy this service please upgrade your subscription"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have followed all the suggested help articles of logging out and updating the app which has not worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;How long were you away from Sky ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you using your previous Sky ID to&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;ligin to the app with or have you setup a new one ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Then that is your issue as that account (not the email address) will have been closed so you will need to setup a new Sky ID to use to login to the app.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So logout of the app via settings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you want to use the same email address then you need to first remove it from the old account first so log into the old account here:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-id/sky-id" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-id/sky-id&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Now login to the app with the new ID you have created.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
