&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you do try signing out of the app and then back into it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Make sure you are logged in with the correct ID/email.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Go to skyid.sky.com/signin/skycomlinked and enter details when it asks for your postcode. Account info will then be activated so try Sky Go again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
