I am trying to delete old devices fr9m sky go but unable to...I go to sett8ngs, manage devices, they show up but are in grey and nothing says delete devices . Can anyone help ?

Hey I have the same issue, it is not allowing this page link to open, says it is not possible. Any other way to delete devices?

You should be able to use that link as it is working for me or you can go to settings on the sky go app and delete them there.

I can't do it through the app either it only allows to change the tv pin and device pin, where as before I was able to delete devices weekly if needed. Very odd and I can't get answers from Sky

Have you tried opening this link via a different browser:

https://www.sky.com/productsettings/tv

You can register a new device without having to delete one as the system should aitomatically remove the oldest unused one.
