    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky Go will load and I can see all the shows and TV Guide. But when I choose to watch a program, the advert plays and then the error message appears.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have updated my OS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have cleared cache asnd history&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried in both beta and production settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have logged in with someobe else account details&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have rung sky but they do not have a solution&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It works on my phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can anyone suggest anything new I can try? TIA&lt;/P&gt;</description>
