Issues with sky go on Mac

Hello,

My Sky Go app has stopped working. When I try to launch the app, it quickly disappears and the following error message appears 'Sky Go quit unexpectedly'. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app, restarting my laptop etc. but this hasn't helped - can anyone help with this?

I am facing the same issue consistently on my Mac M1 every single day for 20+ times a day, it's so frustrating! Can you please invite me as well to the private conversation?
