cannot download sky go on my new laptop

trying to download skygo on my new laptop.

Have never had an issue before with other laptops but now when installing on window the following error message keeps coming up

: an error occured when trying to replace the existing file.

DeletedFile failed.code 5

acess is denied

I am the only person using this pc so have full access rights

I press retry as they keep prompting but nothing!

There is quite a it out there via Google regarding the DeletedFile: failed. code error, perhaps something will help ?

i have used mr Google til he was exhausted!!!.

did the deleting and reinstalling

did via chrome

still nada

I had to go onto the sky go files and delete everything in that folder related to sky go then once I redownloades the installer it worked
