Unable to download programmes I. SkyGo

Hi,

My SkyGo app has been working perfectly when downloading programmes to my iMac computer running MacOs Monterary. This evening I have tried to download a programme and I get the error message "an error occurred while downloading: Code DO-O". I have deleted and reinstalled SkyGo. The error message remains. Any help please

I've tried that and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still not working
