Just me? Or are channels 401 and 402 failing to stream on SkyGo on PS4? Working on mobile, but not PS4, just getting endless spinning 'loading' icon. All other channels seem fine.

Cheers,

Tim

I have indeed. Also tried installing it onto the main storage rather than extended storage, still no joy So weird that it's only affecting those two channels!

I have just tried PS4 and it appears I have the same issue. I have tried reinstalling app and also contacted sky who as usual were no help. It works on other devices but would be good to know if anyone else has fixed this problem.

cheers

I've definitely watched those channels since changing but I thought I'd try my old BT broadband connection instead (which hasn't ceased yet) and bizarrely that works OK! Could it be that some channels stream via different ports and these are blocked by some ISPs? Or something strange like that? A bit beyond my
