    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4277236"&gt;@dvd1&lt;/a&gt; I had the same problem with Sky Go on Windows 11. Go opened briefly, then displayed an error. After trying a lot iof different solutions, none of which made any difference, I used the Registry cleanup tool which is included with CCleaner as I've always found CCleaner to be reliable. If you want to try it, it's at your own risk - tinkering with the Registry can brick your PC/laptop! Be sure to backup the Registry first.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If Sky's messaging team invite you to an online chat, see what they say first, as they may have another solution that I'm not familiar with.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
