    <description>&lt;P&gt;btw I have uninstalled and reinstalled, reactivated the 'watch via sky go' option on my Sky Q, turned off my sky q box so pretty much at the end of my options.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It works fine on my Iphone app, but not my laptop&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently downloaded app on lap top windows 11. Does checks for updates and get screen asking to accept cookies, donut for a short while then closes and goes back to desktop . I have tried uninstalling and doesn't help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having exactly the same issue - just got a new laptop (Dell XPS), have installed the latest version of Sky Go.&amp;nbsp; Double click the Sky Go Icon which asks me do I want to allow app to make changes to the device.&amp;nbsp; I click yes and it opens the sky go screen.&amp;nbsp; After about 30 seconds it asks me to accept cookies which I do.&amp;nbsp; Another 30 second wait and then we get to the log in screen.&amp;nbsp; I log in and after about 40 seconds the app just shuts down.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help anyone...?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
