Sky Go no access

Recently downloaded app on lap top windows 11. Does checks for updates and get screen asking to accept cookies, donut for a short while then closes and goes back to desktop . I have tried uninstalling and doesn't help

Unable to download on laptop certain websites replies are taking too long to download . Ok

Having exactly the same issue - just got a new laptop (Dell XPS), have installed the latest version of Sky Go. Double click the Sky Go Icon which asks me do I want to allow app to make changes to the device. I click yes and it opens the sky go screen. After about 30 seconds it asks me to accept cookies which I do. Another 30 second wait and then we get to the log in screen. I log in and after about 40 seconds the app just shuts down.

Any help anyone...?

btw I have uninstalled and reinstalled, reactivated the 'watch via sky go' option on my Sky Q, turned off my sky q box so pretty much at the end of my options.

It works fine on my Iphone app, but not my laptop
