keep getting this message when trying to watch anything I have downloaded

A number of things to try:

If you are using graphics card overclocking software then make sure this is closed.

As this error is on downloaded content then try restarting the app by exiting and then re-launch the app and if that hasn't sorted it you would need to delete the content with the error and download it again.

Try running the app as an administrator.
