Need to set a device pin to download in the Sky Go app, but the settings page is not visible

I have been trying to download a season of The Blacklist to watch offline, but get an error saying I need to set a device pin.

Going to sky.com/devicepin as suggested does not show the button needed to set the pin.

The issue

the issue is that there are two landing pages for the product settings page, https://www.sky.com/productsettings/tv and https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv, with only the /tv one having the required link.

you can go directly to https://www.sky.com/productsettings/tv/parental-controls and it will allow you to set the pin without any of the faf.

You need to be logged into Sky.com before setting the address, otherwise you can get stuck in a do-loop getting nowhere.

Why the instructions & links cannot take you to the correct place in the settings is absolutely pathetic.

Why don't they fix their instructions, or the app? Managing my devices only lets me edit the name. I had to search Google and found this to get the righ URL.

seems like it would be easy for them to fix the URL they send us to.
