Keep getting error message pfe9903

I keep getting this message running skygo on computer. I have never used video capture equipment and there is definitely none running in Task Manager. Any help I can't see to find a contact number for Sky.

Is the Windows snipping tool running because if it is it will need closing as it can cause this error. That apart anything that can capture sound and pictures along with video will need closing.

I have gone into Task Manager and there is only Sky go running and Firefox. I have got the snipping tool but it is disabled.

I have never had this issue before and I use Skygo almost every day.
