I have a virgin media account holder. I have the sky sports package add on. I am trying to watch a program on sky sports on the catch up section on the sky go app. I keep recieving the error code 0-01. I am using on android and tried on xbox console too still same issue.

The Sky Go app can only be used by Sky TV customers so you will be unable to use it seeing as you are a Virgin customer.

You should be able to use the Sky Sports app using the Virgin option sign in.
