    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky go app won't open on my Mac, instead I get a pop-up 'problem report' with a load of code saying that sky go quit unexpectedly. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it multiple times but the same thing keeps happening. Really terrible from Sky and the fact that there's not a proper customer care team that you can speak directly to is ridiculous!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
