Unable to use skygo on my ps5 and can't access my devices on sky go? Is there problems with skygo or can anyone help

It's just not letting me log in on my ps5 and when I go on to the managed devices it won't let me access it just say there's an error

I think it say I need multi scream to have it on my ps5 but I never had to do this before,it just loved me out when I change my password and have always watched it on there and yeah error on the sky go when I try and manage the devices
