Trying to download the new ghostbusters frozen empire but it's not letting I'm in Spain at the moment just wondering if anybody knows how to sort it

AFAIK You have to download stuff whilst you're at home before you travel

So did you download it before you left the UK as you post here suggests you are trying to downlaod it now you are in Spaon which you can not do.

No I have not downloaded it just heard about it today and tried to but not let me I'm in Spain near Malaga

That's not possible if your Sky account is at an address in the UK: Brexit put an end to digital subscription portability for UK users.

RoI subscriptions still enjoy the benefit of EU membership, but Sky Go typically has to be used at least once in Ireland before portability will be successful.
