No ITV on Sky Go

Just recently I have found that if I want to watch ITV live it does not appear in the TV Guide section of Sky Go, I can record to my Sky Box the same as BBC but can't watch Live TV. I can however get ITV 2, 3 & 4 and watch them live.

This happens on my phone and tablet.

And also on an ipad that is connected to a different account so I know its not just me.

So in your TV Guide nothing appears on either 103 or 803 for you ?

No my Region is Border Scotland.

I tried to find a way to check this but I read that my region is defined by my postcode.

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

Did you get this resolved? Also having the same problem and I am in the Scottish Borders region as well.

@Nicola4892 they say that they are aware of an issue and are contacting the app developers and hopefully there will be an app update to resolve the problem.

I have just signed upto Sky Stream 3 weeks ago and have the same issue. Border Scotland not appearing on the Sky Go App. ( All other ITV Channels appear).

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Mine still doesn't work. Never had any joy from Sky at all regarding this. Poor customer service.
