      <title>Sky Go - Unable to watch anything, live, catch up or download</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently changed phones to the new Pixel 9.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there an issue with using the app on this phone? I can install and open the app, sign in etc but if I try to watch something, either live or via catch up or download something it moves from the preparing screen to constantly sit at 0% on the load screen or fails to download.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling and the device is authorised with the right settings but I just can't watch anything. This is the only streaming app I have this issue with.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas anyone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I suppose you have tried disabling Wi-Fi on the phone, uninstalling the app, rebooting the phone then turning on Wi-Fi before installing the app again ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
