SkyGo Remove Device/User??

I'm unable to stop a user from accessing my SkyGo, I no longer want them to have access to it.

I've changed the password for the SkyGo Account and removed their device, that hasn't resolved the issue.

How can I stop them from accesing SkyGo from their device?

After changing the password there is another step to take so go to this link:

https://skyid.sky.com/authorise/manage

If you tick "Sky Apps" and then the remove button, then anyone using SkyGo or SkyNews or SkySports apps etc. using your credentials will have the previous auth token removed and will be forced to sign in again (using the new password only you know). Will mean people you want to use your ID will need to do the same, but will force whoever is using your previous details off!

This link and step no longer seems to be available. Does anyone know how else to remove someone's credentials.

Simply 'removing user' doesn't work.

It has been reported to Sky but his or when it will be fixed it not known.

In my case I have access to the device I need to remove as it's an old iPad I no longer use. With the remove user link on my account not working is there a way on the app on the old iPad I can remove it from there does anyone know?

You don't actually need to remove it as it will be over written should you register a new device.

If you do want to remove it then this link should work:

The only way of doing this i have learned is to register a new sky id (link to a different email address). Then you can link this sky id to you sky account.
Now you have 2 sky ids with access to your content you can fill a form in to delete the previous skyid where users were logged in. Upon deletion it will kick everyone out of the account.
