Do I have to have a multi screen to use the app on an Apple TV box?

I don't want extra boxes.

Hi @BladeRiderNI Why don't you try it and see? The cut down version of Sky Go works fine on Apple TV, but I do have a Multiscreen subscription. Note extra boxes do not come with a Multiscreen subscription unless you request one while taking out the subscription.

Multiscreen is needed for you to be able to use Sky Go on Apple TV and you don't have to take an extra box to get this added to your account.

Hi MQ

I wanted to know before I make the move to Sky.

I'm currently with Virgin and their TV Go app works on ATV boxes without the need for an additional subscription.

I've just phoned to get this added and was told I have to take an extra box.

Sky really don't sell themselves to new customers. I'll be cancelling my installation and staying with what I know even if it costs a little more.
