    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;having problems with my Sky Go app. I wanted to watch a film on my phone and an connected to the internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i tried to access the film but got the error message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Sorry, something went wrong. There is a problem connecting to the Sky Go app. Please try again later"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried it a few times but nothing happened. I logged off, uninstalled the app and reinstalled. I've tried to log in but get the same message as above.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there a fault with the app at present or is there something that can be done to fix this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Many thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
