What TV package do you have as you need the correct subscription in place first so do you have Sky Q (in that case you would need multiscreen) or Sky Glass or Stream as in that case you would need the Whole Home package.

I have sky stream puck with sky cinema and paramount plus added the. Skygo works on phone just carnt get to work on Xbox thanks

You need the Whole Home subscription or Sky Go Extra to use Sky Go on games consoles.

As a Sky Stream customer for you to be able to access Sky Go via your console you do need the Whole Home package. This doesn't apply to your phone which is why it will work on that but not your console:
