Sky go stopped working on PS5

My app has stopped working on the PS5 all of a sudden. Working fine for a few years with no issues.

Now get an error saying "you can't use sky go on this device yet. You'll need XYZ or Sky Go Extra (which is on my account) to access the device.

Tried tech support who haven't been able to help. Have reset the router, reinstalled the app. Logged in with both approved accounts to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated

I have the exact same thing on my ps5. Was gonna try calling someone tomorrow.
