Sky Go not connecting on Mac

I have been trying for over a year now to get my Sky Go to work on my Macbook. It worked fine on my last Macbook but now I have gotten a new one it has not been able to work.

I have tried all the suggestions of clearing all Sky Go info from my Mac and then reinstalling but all that happens is i reinstall and get the error code 001 (we are having problems connecting you).

Is someone please able to contact me to get this sorted

I have the same problem with a new imac Code 001 .

Have downloaded Rosetta as prompted. Still no joy.

Just to say, I was having downoad issues for weeks. Tried again today, and it all worked - maybe Sky fixed thier download files?

I didn't change a thing on my system,

Still no joy. Tried deleting the app and downloading again but same 001 error.

Just to update. It now works. Feed is delayed by 2 mins for live sport. But works
