Skygo Appletv not letting me login

get the We couldnt log you in and a QR code (doesnt work takes me to a page with random computer code)

Have just recently cancelled my sky stream to go back to skygo and thats where this issue seems to arrise from, both ipad and iphone skygo work fine but the appletv one doesnt let me log in.

Is there anyone who has resolved this issue?

To be able to ise Sky Go on Apple TV you need multiscreen on your account as per this so do you have this:

Thanks for the reply, I do have sky multiroom, also I have solved the issue...used my ipad to view the QR reader and that took me to the sign in page which asked me to add another security answer which solved the issue 🙂
