When I try to watch sky on my tablet through the sky.go app an error message appears.

External display output is blocked

No....it has always worked, but when I tried to watch live TV or recordings it comes up with the same error

You said you're using a Tablet, what is the make/model of the tablet as there is more than one being sold!!!!

I'm using a samsung galaxy tab s9 ultra

I had an error message on sky.go

External display output is blocked..

Remedy..

Disable Samsung DeX..

Bingo..all sorted.
