Hi I've installed the sky go app on my PlayStation 5 consol but won't let me have sky through it I put my email and password in but still not working

You need Sky Go Extra to us Sky Go on a console. This is typically included if you have Multiscreen/Whole Home added to your subscription if you don't you need to phone Sky and ask to add Sky Go Extra which i believe is around an extra £5/month.
