    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm in exactly the same situation.&lt;BR /&gt;Worked for years on my windows 10 laptop and now only gets to the "checking for updates" message at the start up screen and it freezes till I kill it with task manager.&lt;BR /&gt;Have uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted folders, run as admin and still cant get it to work&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No changes i am aware of on a laptop that has happily opened SkyGo ok for years.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No network or router changes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Always comes up with "We are having problems connecting you. Pleae try again (001)."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;every day now for a week&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have uninstalled Sky Go and re-installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help appreciated Thanks sp&lt;/P&gt;</description>
