Trying to use skygo app on samsung tablet Nave insta.lled, uninstall, reinstalled, updated, allowed permissions etc please help

Do you have the device connected or casting to something ?

In permissions have you allowed pictures and videos ?

The device is a Samsung Tablet, connected to the same Wifi as the sky. I am not trying to cast or mirror any screens. I have also tried to do it on my own Wifi data as well as a completely seperate broadband, yet I am getting the same error message EVERY time.

Pictures, videos are allowed in permissions

Co-incidentally, the skygo app works on my Samsung phone. I have uninstalled it regularly to try and get it working on my tablet, but this does not work

Any help would be appreciated as getting frustrated
