    <description>&lt;P&gt;I could use Sky Go on my old iPad. On my new one I get the above error message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky Go works fine on my iPhone using the same WiFi. I can use other on demand services like iPlayer and ITVX on the new iPad.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- restarted the iPad.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- signed in and out of Sky Go.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- logged off and bck on to WiFi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- removed the device from "manage devices" in Sky Go (it reappears but I still get the error message).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- deleted and reinstalled the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It was resolved but I'm afraid I don't know what changed. I was due a call with the Sky technical team and tried it a couple off days before and it worked. In the previous two weeks I'd tried, several times:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- deleting and reinstalling the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- removing the iPad from "my devices" on the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- rebooting the iPad.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- rebooting the router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- forgetting the home network and relinking to it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the same period my partner's iPad and my iPhone on the same network were fine with Sky Go.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had this problem in my iPhone but not my iPad. It was really starting to annoy me until I looked at the differences between phone and iPad. &amp;nbsp;I'm running Norton 360 on my iPhone which includes a VPN, Identity Security &amp;nbsp;plus many other security features&lt;SPAN&gt;. &amp;nbsp;Having tried WiFi and cellular connection with no luck, I turned off the VPN and Sky Go works. &amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":party_popper:"&gt;🎉&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":party_popper:"&gt;🎉&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":party_popper:"&gt;🎉&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":party_popper:"&gt;🎉&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":party_popper:"&gt;🎉&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now to calm down after multiple deletes of the device, removing and reinstalling the app and numerous restarts of the phone!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It would appear Sky blocks access via a VPN so if you have one, turn it off when using the app. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
