Can't Reload Sky Go on PC

Hello, forgive me I'm not the most computer literate.

Sky Go stopped launching on my desktop PC, so I uninstalled it. When I tried to reinstall it wouldn't install saying an error had occurred replacing an existing file. I tried to clear everything in the file Sky Go, but got another error message saying this was impossible because it was still running in Sky Go exe.

Is there a way I can get to Sky Go exe to stop it running? I can't find anything under that name.

If you hold down the following buttons - Ctrl+Alt+ delete and start taskmanager as it will show everthing that is running so look for Sky Go and highlight it and hit End task. You can then close this window down.

If you are not sure about doing this then close down and then load up your PC as that will also close it.
