    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently been shown this mesage when trying to watch Sky go on my iphone. It works perfectly fine on my Ipad though.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry something went wrong your device needs to be authorised. Please ensure it's connected to the internet and try again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried to remove the device from MySky, I have gone through the Sky tips discussion and turning mobile data and wi fi on/off. Nothing seems to work&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you by either 7pm this evening or by sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.&lt;/P&gt;
