Watching live tv on my iPad it freezes

When watching sky go it freezes sometimes error message other times nothing I have deleted updated the app signed in again to refresh shut down the main tv to refresh its annoying your either watching Netflix does same thing I bought latest iPad recently normally takes few days to access everything but not this time

Yes also receive error code and number (17c) not connecting to internet also can't access Netflix at same time but it's fine I ended up calling customer service they are dealing with it thanx
