      <description>&lt;P&gt;I too have this issue, on my x2 Xbox Ones it behaves as though I do not have Whole Home / Sky Go subscription. Also, and this may be related, on my iPads &amp;amp; iPhone I cannot view my connected devices, it just shows a server error (with no error code). I am now also experiencing 'Sorry, something went wrong.' on both my iPhone and the iPads.&lt;BR /&gt;I have spoken with Sky, and they claimed there was no issues and asked me to try again in 24 hours, this did not help I still have the errors.&lt;BR /&gt;It does appear that there may be an issue with Sky systems not recognising the devices and therefore throwing a generic error.&lt;BR /&gt;Sorry, there is no solution from me, nor have I found any in the forums both here and further afield. I believe this is a technical issue that Sky needs to fix on an individual basis.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
