SkyGo News Channels not working

Over the past couple of weeks I haven't been able to access following news channels on my SkyGo app:

1) CNN

2) BBC

3) Bloomberg

4) Al Jazeera

5) France24

etc

I had a long chat with the Sky engineer but he gave up eventually suggesting it could be an issue at Sky and asked me to wait until it is sorted.

Has anyone else been experiencing the same issue?

What is happening when you try to access those channels via the app ?

I have the same issue, only the following 4 channels are listed.

Sky NewsHD

CNBC

GB News

Sky News

I've only just renewed with Sky too!!

They do now show as available to select.
