    <description>&lt;P&gt;@KatieCe&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I completely sympathise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As a "Communications" Company, Sky needs to sort this outfor its paying) customers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Same just happened to me (3.vi.24) as to you : offline (as always) using SkyGo app on my laptop (in Lanzarote) to see episodes of programmes downloaded in UK prior to departure.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not a problem yesterday evening : today, no go on ANY of the downloads.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can't be an "abroad" thing as I rebooted the lap top with WiFi disabled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
